I bought a new hat that's almost like my old hat but a tiny bit different...
I found this hat on sale at Saks and had to have it. It's a little bigger than the hat I already have and the brim isn't as floppy. It's definitely not common practice for me to see something and think, "hey, let's make this plainer" but the weird lace and rhinestones had to go. All I had to do was pull the stones off and cover the weird lace with a black ribbon and I had a new hat! A quick cheap project which is great considering you don't really what to get something brand new and spend money/time to make it wearable!
