Finished - Chiffon Wrap Dress

It's almost as if I sew in themes, either colours or pieces. A while ago I was having a bit of a wrap moment. I was busy sewing wraps like it was going out of style. Wouldn't want to pick favourites... but this baby right here is definitely on the list. 

When I saw this fabric I knew I wanted a dress. I love the print and wanted something that really shows it off just like this dress.

What I Wore - Black & White Wrap Dress

I don't usually get Septembers like this so I've been taking advantage of it. I've been pulling out dresses and skirts like my life depended on it.

I've mentioned before the only issue I have with dresses is they don't offer as much of an opportunity to change how an outfit looks. Usually I rely on accessories to alter my looks; this time however, I added a bodysuit with cap sleeves to change things up. I really like how it looks like a different dress with the bodysuit!

Trouble In Diy - Wrap Dress

Without any type of training when it comes to sewing, sometimes I start a piece that puts me through complete and utter hell... This was my most recent project that left me thinking it might be time to start a bonfire and throw it in! I did manage to finish it after multiple days of frustration and I'm actually happy with the end result!
